It has two Orders of the Red Star, one Order of the Patriotic War, and One USSR Guards Badge, as well as six gold buttons etched with the hammer and sickle emblem of the Communist Party on each. Shoulder boards denoting a Lieutenant Colonel ranking, with cuffs bearing a machine embroidered silver wired insignia. The interior is
