Bondar Wines Grenache 2018 nerello-mascalese Aroma: tropical fruits and toastingThis perfumed, floral and red fruited Grenache hails from a 0. 7 hectare block of 43 year old vines planted in sandy soils. Bondar then selects the lowest yielding vines for this release. 75% of the blend spent 35 days on skins (with very gentle extraction) to build texture and structure; the remaining fruit spent a more regular 9 days on skins and was fermented cool to add lifted aromatics and freshness to the blend.
