A 50 hectare domaine spread across varying soils of sand, limestone, chalk and clay. Grapes harvested fromthe domaine were destined for the local co op before Cedric Gravier, under the assistance of the grandfather, took control and began estate bottling. Cedric has built a new state of the art winery utilising stainless steel fermenters and large oak
