Ciro and Stephanie Biondi Etna Bianco Outis (Nessuno) 2025 Region:Sicily Flequi BerrutiAt its best, Etna wines are perfectly balanced at a point of tension between crackling bright or smoke driven minerality and profound fruit. Ciro and Stephanie Biondi live at that balance point. This white is caught mid volcanic eruption with mineral intensity, but the fruit comes like a cloud of peaches and citrus, and somehow it's all delightfully balanced. Primarily made from Carricante, with small additions of Cataratto, Minella, and others.
