A Superb First War Turkish Pilot’s Badge; German Made Buy Now marked on reverse BRAĆA KNAUSBadge in die struck tombac, wreath is fire gilded with polished highlights, patinated wings in the center, and with Turkish National symbol in white enamels at the top; badge measures 65. 22mm x 51. 28mm, weighs 22. 6 grams; unmarked, but with typical pin style, set up and rivets used by maker Meybauer, Berlin; overall a very fine, high quality example, in extremely fine condition.
