A Third Reich Period German Dlv (Airsport Association) Visor Cap Insignia Hold also blankA very well preserved third reich period German DLV (Deutscher Luftsportverband Airsport Association) officers visor cap insignia; constructed of a finely detailed die stamped metal eagle superimposed on a hand embroidered oval open top bullion wreath, with the DLV letters above and below the eagle; on a dark blue wool backer; with a black cotton backer; measuring 55 mm x 46 mm; with both prongs fully intact on the reverse; in worn, but overall better
